Refund Policy

Our policy for our courses lasts 30 days, with the exception of recurring billing. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you decide to cancel the monthly program, you will still have access to the materials you have paid for, but due to the ongoing delivery of materials and how our website and shopping cart manage them, we are unable to refund any prorated portion of monthly dues. Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for the following month, but you will continue to receive all materials delivered for the month of cancellation.

This means if you mean to cancel but forget, and are then billed, you’re in for that month and you’ll receive everything coming for THAT month. Cancellations apply to the NEXT billing period.

To be eligible for a return, you warrant that you will unequivocally delete and otherwise render unusable any information, files, or media that pertains to the product being refunded.  You may be required to provide images of your screen (screen shots) of the process of deleting or erasing all copyrighted materials by Marketing Tools for Artists and/or Owen Garratt, including ‘trash’ or ‘recycle bin’ folders.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contactus@marketingtoolsforartists.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
